Welcome to the Vinters Park Residents Association newsletter sign up.

We’re seeking your email address to assist for two reasons.  Firstly to keep you informed on a more regular basis on events and happenings at the Community Centre, and secondly to keep our operating costs at a minimum.

We know that not everyone uses social media platforms so with this in mind, we plan to deliver only one physical newsletter per year to your door; however via email we will issue up to four newsletters per year.

Once you’ve signed up – you will get an email from Google Forms confirming exactly what you wanted to do.

Your Privacy
At Vinters Park Community Centre we take your privacy seriously and we will only use your email address to email you the newsletter.

We will not pass your email address onto any third party.  In compliance with new UK Data Protection (GDPR) laws coming into effect in May 2018, we are required to have your ‘provable’ permission to confirm you want to receive e-mails from us.  Please do this by filling in the relevant details below.   By signing up here you Consent that VPRA can store your email address on file for the sole purpose of keeping you informed through our newsletter.

Your email address will be stored on a secure and encrypted file.   Only two members of the Committee will have access to the file; one to keep it current (additions and deletions) and the other for the purposes of emailing out the newsletter.
